In 1973 Spray-On Foam & Coatings was established by Roger Tikka. Since his passing in 2006, his sons (Jon , Nels, and son-in-law Michael) have kept the business sustained! We are proud to say that, to this day, we are still locally owned and operated.
We credit our success to hard work and determination, and most of all, to our outstanding customers who have helped make us the company that we are today. Relationships are at the heart of what we do as a company. Now, more than 50 years since our beginning, Spray-On Foam & Coatings is positioned to continually grow and excel in the industry.
We are one of the oldest plural component business in the nation, we must be doing something right! We plan to be here for at least another 50 years.
We are born and raised in the PNW here, the mild temperatures and heavy rainfall we have here change the types of products we use and how we use them.
Different climate zones need to utilize different methodology to ensure a long lasting structure is being built.
Foam is an unlicensed trade, unlike many other skilled labor jobs like electrician or plumber. Would you hire an unlicensed plumber? We recommend making sure your foam contractor is SPFA certified.
Proper industry training is the cornerstone of what we do and what sets us apart, manufacturers and industry consultants know us by our reputation for quality.
Our foam spray rigs are mobile manufacturing centers that come with everything we need from power and compressed air generation to ladders and scaffolding.
Open cell, Closed cell, Polyurea, or any other plural component system, give us a call. We like to say we've worked on it all, but we still get calls with new applications and ideas.
We understand the chemistry and properties of the materials we are working with, that allows us to engage with you on your novel application to develop a solution.
When it simply has to be done right the first time, call the people who have been doing it the longest!
We work with the manufactures in development of new products, and get the training on how to best use them.
